Ola Williams Wins WISA Special Achievers Award 2023 for Promoting Pillow Fighting, Tug Of War others in Schools

Mr. Emmanuel Ola Williams, CEO of Dreamland Sports Plus and One On One Foundation has been awarded the WISA Special Achievers Award 2023 in recognition of his organization’s outstanding programmes, specifically, Pillow Fight, Tug Of War and Sanitation programs all around Ghana

According to the citation, the Women In Sports Association (WISA) monitored the activities of Mr. Ola Williams throughout the schools and found it refreshing that more females were involved in their sporting activities to the extent that they made them perform in all the various sports.

The event took place last Saturday, September 23 at the Media Center of the Accra Sports Stadium is to encourage female athletes to perform better for mother Ghana.

The winners included Para athletes who represented Ghana at the African Para Games. They were very happy and looked good with their make-up for the occasion. Others who were rewarded were Table Tennis players, Boxers, Judoka, sports journalists, TV producers, and sports clubs/teams.

WISA President, Madam Gloria Commodore, a veteran sports journalist and former athlete thanked Ghandour Cosmetics, Ghana Olympic Committee, National Sports Authority, Ghana Broadcasting Corporation, and her executive for their contributions towards the 9th awards.
