Despite subsection (1) of section 25A, incoming intracommunity roaming tariffs within the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) region is exempt from the minimum rate for intemational incoming electronic communication tariffs.

(2) The Authority shall issue directives periodically to determine the rate for incoming intra-community roaming tariff within the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) region in accordance with Regulation C/REG. 21/12/17 on Roaming on Public Mobile Communications Networks in the ECOWAS Region or any other Regulation in force; and on related matters”.
