DZATA Cement is located within the port enclave of Tema Harbour. It was incorporated as a limited liability company on September 20, 2011, issued with a certificate to commence business on September 22, 2011, and commenced manufacturing trials on November 5, 2020. Our plant is equipped to bag an average of 120 bags per minute from our production lines.

the quality of our product and our modern approach to technical and simplified manufacturing and distribution processes attributes acknowledged by our partners and customers as the benchmark for the industry.
OUR CORE
Dzata Cement Ltd is the only 100% Ghanaian-owned cement company. Our core business is the production and distribution of high-grade bagged and bulk cement. We also aim ultimately to enter into the downstream market of ready-mixed concrete and other cement derivative products and services required to power the country’s infrastructural drive and economic growth.

MATERIALS SPECIFICATION AND DESCRIPTION
DZATA CEMENT is produced and tested to comply with Ghana standard specifications. All our cement is currently available in grade 42.5R. It is 95% Clinker and 5% Gypsum.
50 Kilograms per bag. It offers compressive strength generally suited for:
- Suspended slabs, beams, columns, lintels
- Heavy-duty reinforced concrete structures
- Structural concrete applications such as prefabrication and manufactured concrete
- Block and brick-making
- Precast operations
- Special works such as roads, thermal power plants, Injection grouts, etc.
- Long-span roofs, bridges, and structures with heavy dead load
- Dam and reservoir construction

TRANSPORT AND DISTRIBUTION
Transportation and distribution are paramount in the fast and safe delivery of our products to customers nationwide. Therefore, it is an imperative factor that plays into the trust between us and our devoted customers. Currently, we have:
- A Wide Array Of Supply Trucks: We have a total of 60 supply trucks, consisting of 30 bulk trucks and 30 flatbed trucks, sufficiently making good on multiple orders from customers and distributors.
- Carriage Capacity: In terms of carriage capacity, our flatbed trucks are also capable of carrying a maximum load of 1200 50kg bags each and our bulk trucks carry 60 tonnes of unpackaged cement in their storage tanker.
