Meet Regina Ansah; arguably, Ghana’s youngest and fast-rising radio personality

Just at eighteen, Regina Ansah is a radio presenter at Cheers FM based in Takoradi.

After completing Shama Senior High School in the year 2021, Regina enrolled at Classic Multimedia Institute based in Accra Ghana, where she studied journalism and completed successfully with distinction.

At Cheers FM, Regina works as the producer on Drive, News Anchor, and also the Presenter for Entertainment Titbez on the Drive as well as announcements.

A Christian who worships with the Church of Pentecost, Regina aspires to become a very influential public figure in the near future, a dream she believes will put her in the position that enables her to reach out to the underprivileged, impacting society positively in order to make a difference in the world.

Being the last born of her parents, Regina’s favourite meal is Yam (Ampesi, as it is called in the Twi language) with egg stew. She also finds a lot of pleasure in casting news, reading, dancing and singing.

Among her achievements, Regina was awarded the Best Twi News Caster Of The Year 2022. She has been nominated for Best Female Radio News Anchor by Next Personality Awards 2023.
