On Monday, 3 April at 09.30 CEST, Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, WHO Director-General and Her Royal Highness Princess Muna Al-Hussein of Jordan, WHO patron of nursing and midwifery in the Eastern Mediterranean Region, will open the Fifth Global Forum on Human Resources for Health.
The Forum will take place from 3 to 5 April 2023 in Geneva, during World Health Worker Week*, under the theme of Protecting, safeguarding, and investing in the health and care workforce. It will be a hybrid event, with speakers in high-level roundtable dialogues participating in-person, while parallel sessions and other learning and networking activities will be held virtually (see the programme in full)
