Lawyer Bobby Banson is a shareholder in the Anibees Petroleum Ltd. that Kwabena Adu Gyamfi and Rev. Victor Kusi Boateng incorporated on November 6, 2020, as revealed by studying the incorporation documents that are attached as evidence to show the multiple companies.
“Bobby Banson is also the corporate secretary for The Four Bs Company Ltd, which was founded on October 21, 2020, and Adu Gyamfi/Kusi Boateng’s New Wave FM Ltd, which was founded on December 9, 2021.
Robert Smith Law Group, the law firm founded by Bobby Banson, also serves as company secretary for other businesses, including Great Speed Engineering and Construction Ltd. Is it not obvious that this lawyer, who worked as a Teaching Assistant at the Ghana School of Law for the current Chief Justice, Anin Yeboah, acted unethically? When Bobby Banson has actively associated with both identities, how can he claim that he was unaware of the alleged criminal conduct of his close business partner and client? Has Bobby Banson ever helped Kwabena Adu Gyamfi or Rev. Victor Kusi Boateng get around the government?
