The honourable member of Parliament for North Tongu, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa has in collaboration with the Cuban Medical Brigade organised a free medical outreach, free consultation & free medication exercise for the people within the North Tongu Constituency.
The program which took place at Mepe in the North Tongu constituency of the Volta Region, started at 10 am and came to an end at 4 pm on Saturday the 11th of June, 2022.
According to Hon. Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, the event has been tremendously impactful as more than 2,000 constituents benefited, with those who had referrals to hospitals across the country are also receiving full financial support.
He expressed his immense gratitude to the Cuban Ambassador & her team for their remarkable and unforgettable solidarity. He also thanked his constituents for the great patronage.
The lawmaker says that he shall continue to prioritize the health of my beloved constituents.
Among those who attended the program included men, women, and children as well as people with disabilities. They expressed their gratitude to the Member of Parliament for the initiative and the Cuban Medical Brigade fr the support and care.
