Ace Highlife musician, KK Fosu has revealed that Charles Nii Armah Mensah, known in showbiz circles as Shatta Wale is his lifetime role model.

Kaakyire Kwame Fosu is a Ghanaian hiplife musician known by the stage name KK Fosu. He is known for hit songs like “Suudwe” and “Anadwo Yede”.

According to the Kora Award winner, he has a large portrait of the Shatta Movement President, hanged on his bathroom wall.

Speaking in an interview with renowned TV personality, Abeiku Santana on UTV’s show ‘ATUU’, KK recounted how Shatta Wale went into hibernation for almost ten years after feeling that he wasn’t making the impact he needed to make in the Ghanaian music industry at the time, only for him to come back with a banger (Dancehall King) and has successfully managed to stay very relevant in the industry today.

He said since Shatta Wale has been able to make it, he believes he can also make it.
