Kwabena Bobie Ansah has called on the Minority in Parliament to begin processes for the impeachment of His Excellency President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, over allegations of flirting with Serwah Broni.
In a Facebook post on his timeline, Mr. Bobie Ansah stated that Article 69 (2) to 69 (13) of the 1992 Constitution provides the process for the removal of an incumbent President from office, i.e. one-third of Members of Parliament which represents 91 MPs out of the 275 can trigger the process.
“Critical thinking! Article 69 of our constitution provides that the Prez SHALL be removed if he’s found to have conducted himself in a manner;
{I} which brings or is likely to bring the high office of President into disrepute, ridicule, or contempt; or
(ii) prejudicial or inimical to the economy or the security of the State.
Folks, the NDC stands the chance to trigger this clause on the basis of the account of MADAM SERWAA BRONI.”
Mr. Bobie Ansah urged the NDC Members of Parliament to heed his call indicating that such a development will go down in the history of Ghana.
“Let this be done even if it won’t go anywhere since our current CJ who’ll constitute a panel for investigations into the complaints against the Prez has turned the judiciary into an NPP wing.
However it may be, this’ll forever remain in our records for our future generations to come and read about a headless Prez who once led this great country of ours.

Canada-based Ghanaian nurse Evelyn Serwaa-Broni publicly stepped out and admitted her sexual relationship with the President, Nana Akufo-Addo.
Serwah-Broni has dropped a lot of names as people who are aware of their amorous escapees and tried to intervene when things went sour.
She mentioned the Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, whose Guest House in Kumasi, she and the President slept in together with one of his daughter Dokua, his brother; Edward Akufo-Addo alias “Bumpty” among others when they attended a funeral in Kumasi traveling on the Presidential Jet, with Chief of Staff, Akosua Frema Osei-Opare onboard.
Also aware of the romantic relationship are a personal physician of the President, Dr. Gordon Offei-Larbi, and the former Director of Operation at National Security, Col Michael Opoku now Brigadier General Opoku. They both tried to intervene when things got frosty following a government-sanctioned armed robbery on her staged by operatives of the National Security Secretariat in 2019.
She spoke in an exclusive interview with Kevin Taylor on Sunday, April 17, 2022, on the Loud Silence TV on the “With All Due Respect” show which she disclosed taking pictures of herself and the President in a room inside the Asantehene’s guest house in Kumasi, where Mr. Akufo-Addo lodges with his wife, Rebecca Akufo-Addo anytime they traveled to Kumasi.
