A group identifying itself as Aggrieved Public Sector Workers – Ghana has served notice to the Greater Regional Police of an intended demonstration slated for Wednesday the 18th day of August 2021.
The letter which was not dated and circulating on social media platforms stated that the reason for the demonstration is to communicate back to Government that the 4% increment given to public sector workers was unacceptable and an insult to Ghanaians in general.
The group, through the letter, also called on all Ghanaians to join them in the fight to make the life of the ordinary worker better.
