The Ghana National Council of Private Schools (GNACOPS) as part of efforts to promote locally made products, the local textile industry and Ghana’s cultural heritage has introduced a Friday wear made of Ghana made textile for pre-tertiary private school teachers.

Speaking in an interview with the press, an official of GNACOPS said a yard of the fabric will go for GH₵ 25.00 and can be purchased at any of the local offices of the Council.

The new Friday wear he said is to distinguish members of the Ghana National Council of Private Schools (GNACOPS) from other private school associations in Ghana.
