Parliament’s Appointments Committee is currently vetting two ministerial nominees appointed by the President.
Dr Owusu Akoto Afriyie who is praying to be retained as Food and Agriculture Minister together with Minister-designate for Science, Technology & Innovation, Dr Kwaku Afriyie are to inform the Committee on how they plan to assist in the second administration of President Akufo-Addo.
The 26-member Committee is Chaired by First Deputy Speaker Joseph Osei Owusu.
