Sex for grades: Why take humans through such humiliations – Rawlings

H.E. Fmr Pres. J.J. Rawlings

Former President Jerry John Rawlings has expressed outrage over the “sex for grades”, the phenomenon of teachers exchanging academic favours for sex, wondering why people can put others through such humiliating moments.

The former President has described the phenomenon as incomparably bad, corrupt and corrupting and one destroying the fibre of society.

“Not only are such brilliant girls getting unfair deals but apparently sometimes the dumb ones get upgraded with that first and second honours or whatever it is when everybody knows they are not worth it.

I would wish they would examine some of the first class ones too, to see if their performance – their written what and what correspond to the mark they have been given.
