NDC EXECUTIVES CAUTIONED

Directorate of Delegates school, write to appeal for level playing field for all Aspirants and suggest party Executives, right from National, Region, Constituency and Council of elders stay neutral .

We have billions opportunities, to delight or disappoint our members every day and this is influence by decisions made across the whole value chain as a political party.

Collaboration—team first uphold values.

IF you take sides, then you are part of the argument, you are using your political powers at the wrong time and creating more damages to the party. You have to remain totally objective and firmly in the middle. Stay on the fence whatever you do, because if you don’t, the one side will blame you.

Whatever the term may be you need;

* take a long – term view

*See it from the political point of view.

*Remain impartial

*Remain calm

*Be the diplomat don’t take sides

*Stay independent.

The more detached you appear to be, the more senior you will come across.

If you jump in with your boots on and take sides, you run the risk of making an enemy as well as being seen as hot headed.

During Constituency and presidential elections most of our exiting MPs and Executives take sides, seriously going to affect them.

Let’s be careful with our political powers. Unity is very very expensive and needed not to be taking for granted.

DDS team, our ambition is to bring people together and grow our party by influencing delegates choice of a good party leadership.

Also exposed the wrong doings in the party.

2O2O , must win battle.

To be continued;…..
